7 golden rules for Manifesting

Looking back to almost half a year now, I reconnect with that part of me that was uncertain, vacillating of what was next. Come to think of it, I have been in that same spot countless times, although each different, each being surrounded by a set of variables and challenges, all a big fat question mark.
What I did know was one subtle line of what my soul was aiming to get through it. What my soul was aiming to shift in the picture, and what I deeply wanted to change. Whether was a more close relationship, a more creative job, or even a country that I have longed to move to for so long, there has always been that gut feeling that drove me, that pushed me in that direction no matter what. It has all been a process, that needed that nesting time.
Today, I face that same situation although this time I find myself to be more resilient. Living in uncertainty today is slightly different though, and what makes me confident is that I know that it is all a process. I now have more instruments, more magic pills than ever before.
So, want to know what is the secret to manifesting !?
- Definitely, lets have that clear from the beginning/ you can’t get what you want unless you know what you want. *how we do that I will explain below*
- the secret to making wishes and setting intentions is to always ensure that they come from the heart and to feel as if they have already happened.
- Trust in what is within and know that the circumstances you are currently in are transformed from within.

- get inspired- meaning get to talk to friends or people you look up to, listen to inspiring people and read books that make you feel connected
- meditate – as it brings that faith and that patience that come along with the feeling of peace and deep connection.
- gratitude- as we need to be grateful in order to manifest.
- journaling – is like that therapeutic activity that could help you relax, release attachments and trust the process.
- worthiness- do you think, do you really think you are worthy of what you wish for?
- forgiveness – when we hold on the grudges with people or situations we release- attract the same into our lives. That is why it is so important to come to terms with our past and to make space for what is new and enriching.
- ask for help- don’t mean to get psychotherapeutic help here, but simply look for a coach that could put things in a different perspective, ask the right questions and make you see that which is blurry otherwise.
It is easy to get caught beneath the glass ceiling of what we think is possible. The truth is that everything is possible. And that even better, there is something our soul wants for us that will give us more than we can think to ask for. When you set those intentions, make sure you release the attachment to the outcome, make sure you leave it up to the Universe, to the Creator.
Know what you want and begin to believe in a vision of your life, cultivate the capacity to see it, to really imagine it with all your senses.
